The New Year's Eve party will be held from 9pm to 4am.
What will be the schedule for New Year's Eve in Campinas, Bellini and Kindai?
The party will start at 9pm and will feature DJ Rogerinho to liven up the celebration until 4am. For children aged 2 and over, there will be a Kids Space with entertainment in the restaurants that will be open from 9pm to 2am.
What foods are included in the Bellini and Kindai New Year's Eve party?
New Year's Eve dinner includes an antipasti table, an unlimited selection of sushi and sashimi, as well as hot dishes and desserts served à la carte.
What drinks are included in the Campinas New Year's Eve party, Bellini and Kindai?
Non-alcoholic beverages included include still or sparkling water, soft drinks and orange juice. Alcoholic beverages include Long Neck beers (Stella Artois and Budweiser), Aperol Spritz and Gin and Tonic. Also included is 1 sparkling wine for every 4 people, and there will be a complimentary corkage fee and there is no limit on the number of bottles you can take home.

Is it possible to cancel the reservation purchase?
It will not be possible to cancel.

It is not possible to transfer ownership of the reservation.
Will parking be paid for by those who purchased the package?
Yes, parking at Vitória Hotel Concept Campinas costs R$45 per vehicle. The hotel offers valet service.
Until when will the New Year's Eve Campinas, Kindai Bellini package be on sale?

Can I change the suite category after the reservation has been made?
No, unfortunately we cannot change the suite category after the reservation is confirmed, as the package rate is non-refundable and cannot be modified.
Can I transfer my reservation to a different Vitória event after purchasing? For example, is it possible to change my New Year's Eve Bellini Kindai reservation to Christmas Eve Bellini?
No, reservations made are only valid for the specific package chosen and cannot be transferred to other events at Rede Vitória Hotéis.

What payment options are accepted for booking the package?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo), with installments in up to 6 interest-free installments. We also have the option to pay via PIX or advance deposit.
