Cancellation will not be possible. The amount paid in advance will not be refunded or converted into credit.

It is not possible to transfer ownership of the reservation.
Will hotel parking be free for those who purchase the package?
No. Parking at Vitória Hotel Concept Campinas costs R$45 per vehicle. The hotel offers valet service.
Do children pay the full price of the package?

Can I change the suite category after the reservation has been made?
No, unfortunately we cannot change the suite category after the reservation is confirmed, as the package rate is non-refundable and cannot be modified.
Can I transfer my reservation to a different Vitória event after purchasing? For example, is it possible to change my Bellini Christmas Eve reservation to Bellini Kindai New Year's Eve?
No, reservations made are only valid for the specific package chosen and cannot be transferred to other events at Rede Vitória Hoteis.

What payment options are accepted for booking the package?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master, Amex, Elo), with installments in up to 6 interest-free installments. We also have the option to pay via PIX or advance deposit.
